Night Recovery Cream 2.0 is a food supplement made from various protein fractions naturally present in milk.
With a creamy, custard-like texture, it is suitable for vegetarian diets, is gluten-free, high in protein and low in fat and carbohydrates. It is formulated with Micellar Casein and concentrated GRASS-FED whey protein isolate. Each serving provides 30-32 g of protein and less than 2 g of carbohydrates.
With Night Recovery Cream 2.0, we achieve a wide absorption profile, with rapidly assimilated proteins from the fraction of whey and an extended release of micellar casein.

Milk is a nutritionally dense food with a significant amount of minerals, vitamins and proteins, which is why we have tried to extract its full potential by using its two main fractions:
The reason behind this mixture is not just to obtain a high biological value protein with all the essential amino acids or to have one of the proteins with the best DIAAS (Digestible Indispensable Amino Acid Score); the main reason is to achieve a protein with a more complete absorption spectrum.
Night Recovery Cream 2.0 has been formulated with GRASS FED protein sources of high biological value, as it comes only from grass fed cows without the use of antibiotics or growth hormones and it provides all the essential amino acids required for growth and maintenance of the physiological functions.
How do we achieve a protein with a higher absorption spectrum?
We are referring to this recovery as “multi-phase” due to the different response of each fraction after consuming the product. The absorption speeds of whey protein and isolate are very rapid, leading to a sharp release of plasma amino acids and achieves a slower but more sustained absorption over time, prolonging the availability of amino acids and the sustained stimulation of the mechanisms related to protein synthesis.
As you’ve probably discovered, Night Recovery Cream 2.0 can be a great asset in your day-to-day recovery, helping to increase the total consumption of proteins while promoting the correct anabolic environment during sleeping hours.
Supplemented with 1 g of Arginine AKG per serving. Arginine is an amino acid that acts as a nitric oxide precursor by nitric oxide synthase (NOS) enzyme action; greater production of nitric oxide has been related to improvements in physical performance through the potential effects on the endothelial function, increased aerobic and anaerobic capacity, strength, endurance or power.

MODE OF USE Dissolve 2 ladles (40g) of product into 150-200ml of water, milk or veggie drink and stir until you get the desired texture. Take 30 minutes before going to sleep.
