Keto Bar is made up of:
- MCTs from coconut, which provides quality fatty acids so that there is no need to resort to glycogen reserves either during physical exercise or during the day. It supplies continuous energy during prolonged exercise and helps to reduce lactate build-up.
- Pea protein with a high proportion of amino acids, both essential and non-essential. It has high bioavailability and digestibility, optimises tissue formation and tones up muscles.
- Cocoa butter gives it a creamy texture, since it is the fat obtained directly from cocoa beans.
It is perfect for breaking your fast, during training for Keto energy input or at any time of the day, either with your main meal or between meals as a healthy snack.
