Vitamin and mineral based food supplement; contains caffeine (40 mg/capsule). Indicated for situations of heat and/or high humidity during exercise, to reduce muscle cramps and preventa drop in performance due to dehydration during exercise. Caffeine reduces fatigue and improves the energy efficiency of the individual during exercise.
 

We must provide the body with liquid and mineral salts, not just water. A lack of mineral salts causes:

  • Decrease in performance.
  • Cramps.
  • Hyponatremia in extreme cases.

Mineral salts and water must be balanced for optimum performance: 

  • A lack of water causes DEHYDRATION.
  • A lack of salt causes HYPONATREMIA.
  • Both reduce performance and can be deadly.

Isotonic Drink is a gluten-free, lactose-free and sugar-free isotonic and energy drink. Contains a mix of vitamins and minerals to meet their needs during the effort.

Isotonic Drink is the perfect drink to take during training sessions of less than 90' and as hydration and recharge of mineral salt deposits prior to competitions and recovery of mineral salt levels after physical exercise, in addition to providing about 17 g of carbohydrates of carbon per dose that come from the amylopectin of potato starch, which has great advantages over other commonly used ingredients:

  •  Gastric emptying up to 80% faster.
  •  Recharge glycogen up to 70% faster as it is highly available.

Contains 100 mg of Beta Alanine, which delays the onset of fatigue.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Dissolve 1 sachet (20g) in 500ml of water and shake. Regularly consume small doses 150 ml of 15/20 min, during and after exercise.

FLAVOURS:

  • Red Fruits.
  • Lemon.

NET QUANTITY: 20 g (1 intake).

FORMAT: Sachet.

COMBINE, IF NECESSARY:

  • More mineral salts. 1 capsule of SALTS Electrolytes every hour with around 250ml of water.
  • Energy gel. 1 or even 2 ENERGY GELS every hour taken with around 250ml of water.
  • Liquid energy. 500 -800ml of ENERGY DRINK every hour.
  • Solid food. 1 ENDURANCE FUEL BAR taken in small bites with water.

PRODUCT STORAGE: Keep tightly closed in a cool and dry place.

EXPIRY: 2 years since the date of manufacture
