Amazon Pay is a service allowing you to pay for products and services by means of the payment methods already linked to your Amazon account. To make your payment, you can use any of the payment methods registered on your Amazon account. 226ERS declines all liability derived from the terms and conditions applied by Amazon Pay to its services, and recommends checking said terms and conditions on the Amazon Pay website.
We have a bank which you can use to make a bank transfer: CAIXABANK. The account number to deposit the price of your order appears at the end of the purchase. This form of payment is typically slower than payment by card, Bizum or cash on delivery, since transfers may take 24-48 hours to reach our bank account.

Important: At the end of the process, the payment gateway page will return you to our store where you will complete the order process.

Credit card fraud is a crime, and 226ERS eShop will bring legal action against anyone making a fraudulent transaction at our store.
You may at any time consult the full cost of your order in the final order confirmation step in your shopping cart.
The billing details will be used only to send the product(s) purchased. This information will not be used for commercial purposes, nor will it be transferred to third parties.
Forms of shipment and delivery deadlines
226ERS eShop only allows sales in those countries where it has distributors or can deliver by courier. If the system notifies you that we cannot sell in your country, please contact us to see how we can help you.
The orders will be sent directly from 226ERS eShop via our logistics operators.
Shipment costs are calculated on a dynamic basis in accordance with the products that you have in your shopping cart, and your delivery address.
If there is no responsible individual to receive the package at the stated delivery address, a notification will be left with a telephone number which you should call to confirm when the goods can be delivered to you. The transportation agency will store your package at its warehouses for approximately 10-12 days, before proceeding to return it to our premises.
If you do not receive your purchase within the estimated time, you should contact the Customer Service Department via the form established on the store itself. From the moment when we receive your notification we will conduct the relevant procedures to ascertain why you did not receive the delivery within the agreed time.
Returns
If you find any faulty product in the order received, you should contact us by sending an e-mail to onlineorders@226ers.com, or otherwise by means of the online store contact form.
You may return the product, provided that you notify us of your intention within a period of fourteen (14) days of receipt of your order, and provided that the packaging remains in optimal condition. For clothing and accessories, the period is 30 days from shipment. To do so, you should contact us via the aforementioned channels.
(Products such as water bottles, shakers and socks cannot be returned.)
In the event of withdrawal from the product ordered, change of size, or defects, 226ERS will cover the return shipment costs. You may request a replacement, exchange for other articles or reimbursement of the full amount of the purchase.
If the reasons for the return are not attributable to 226ERS eShop, in other words if the goods are in perfect condition, but you nonetheless wish to return them, you will need send the product in its original packaging and in perfect condition. The return expenses will NOT be borne by 226ERS eShop.
Withdrawal
You will by law be granted a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the products (or of the last product if there are several products in one single order and you receive them separately) to exercise the right of withdrawal, without needing to justify the reasons nor pay any penalty. You will be required only to cover the return shipment costs, it being an essential requirement that you send your notification before the aforementioned period has expired. You should send your notification to the following email address: to [email protected]. At the end of these terms and conditions of use you will find the form allowing you to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Warranty
226ERS SPORTS THINGS, S.L. customers benefit from the legally established warranty for each type of product. Defects and imperfections resulting from improper usage or handling of the material are not covered by this warranty.
If the product reveals manufacturing or functional defects, the User will need to contact our customer service department at [email protected] to begin the process of evaluating and replacing/repairing the product.
Discount coupons
Discount coupons are never compatible with other discounts, and cannot be applied to clothing, nor products on offer, nor product packs, but only for nutrition and accessories.

Liability of the User and of the Website
The User undertakes to use the Website appropriately, avoiding any unlawful or fraudulent activities, or any which could harm the rights and interests of 226ERS or of third parties. 226ERS declines all liability for damages derived from inappropriate use of the Website, interruptions to the service, errors in the system, or any other technical problem outside its control.
Waiver of liability
226ERS will not be liable for:
• Damages derived from use of the Website or impossibility of accessing the site.
• Technical problems, including viruses or other elements that could affect the User's system.
• Incorrect information provided by third parties.
Legislation and jurisdiction
These general conditions will be interpreted in accordance with the legislation in force in Spain in this regard, which will apply on a subsidiary basis in all aspects not covered hereby. (Essentially Information Services and Electronic Commerce Act 34/2002, of 11 July 2002.)
