Forms of shipment and delivery deadlines
IMPORTANT
226ERS eShop only allows sales in those countries where it has distributors or can deliver by courier. If the system notifies you that we cannot sell in your country, please contact us to see how we can help you.
For shipments outside the European Union and UK, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. The customer will be liable for the applicable customs tariffs, fees or taxes in their country, which are not included in the shipment costs. Please contact our team at [email protected] to raise any queries in advance.
Shipment costs are calculated on a dynamic basis in accordance with the products that you have in your shopping cart, and your delivery address.
Shipment is free of charge if the order total is greater than the following amounts:
Spain:
- Mainland and Balearic Islands: €50
- Canary Islands: €60
France: €100.
Europe: €200
For countries that do not belong to the European Union, goods will be sent under the Incoterm DAP (Delivery At Place), with the customer covering any customs tariffs or taxes which may arise.
For the United Kingdom, it is guaranteed that all orders below €150 or 135 GBP are excluded from the payment of customs tariffs or taxes.
Shipments may suffer delays in delivery during the Christmas and summer period or local festivities (20 to 22 April).
If there is no responsible individual to receive the package at the stated delivery address, a notification will be left with a telephone number which you should call to confirm when the goods can be delivered to you. The transportation agency will store your package at its warehouses for approximately 10-12 days, before proceeding to return it to our premises.
If you do not receive your purchase within the estimated time, you should contact the Customer Service Department via the form established on the store itself. From the moment when we receive your notification we will conduct the relevant procedures to ascertain why you did not receive the delivery within the agreed time.
Returns
If you find any faulty product in the order received, you should contact us by sending an e-mail to [email protected], or otherwise by means of the online store contact form.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipment details and being available at the stated address to receive the package. If the order cannot be delivered because of an error in the information provided, any additional costs arising will be borne by the customer.
You may return the product, provided that you notify us of your intention within a period of fourteen (14) days of receipt of your order, and provided that the packaging remains in optimal condition. For clothing and accessories, the period is 30 days from shipment. To do so, you should contact us via the aforementioned channels.
The shipment times for returns are:
- 30 days from delivery for clothing and accessories. (Products such as water bottles, shakers and socks cannot be returned.)
- 14 days from delivery for nutrition products.
For orders placed between 13 December and 4 January, the returns deadline is extended up until 31 January.
Changes and returns of clothing
Any garments that you may wish to return or exchange must always have the label attached. If the label is not on the garment received, it will not be exchanged for another garment, nor will money be refunded.
You should contact us for this purpose via the channels stated previously, or via your profile account "My account - Returns".
In the event of withdrawal from the product ordered, change of size, or defects, 226ERS will cover the return shipment costs. You may request a replacement, exchange for other articles or reimbursement of the full amount of the purchase.
You will by law be granted a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the products (or of the last product if there are several products in one single order and you receive them separately) to exercise the right of withdrawal, without needing to justify the reasons nor pay any penalty. You will be required only to cover the return shipment costs, it being an essential requirement that you send your notification before the aforementioned period has expired. You should send your notification to the following email address: to [email protected]. At the end of these returns policies you will find the form to exercise your right of withdrawal.
The goods must nonetheless be in perfect condition, but if you still want to return them, you must send the product in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Return expenses will NOT be borne by 226ERS. Shipments should be sent to 226ERS Sports Things, SL. Polígono Industrial Cotes Baixes, Carrer C, 8. 03804 Alcoy.

Reimbursement policy
Reimbursements will be performed by means of the same payment method as used for the purchase, unless the customer explicitly indicates otherwise. Once the return has been processed and the condition of the product confirmed, the reimbursement will take place within a period of [X] business days. In the case of partial returns, the initial shipment costs will not be reimbursed.
