Shipping and delivery

226ERS eShop only be sold in those countries where it has distribution or possibility of delivery by courier. If the system notifies you can not sell in your country, please contact us to see how we can help.

Orders will be shipped directly from 226ERS eShop through its logistics operators.

The shipping costs are calculated dynamically according to the products in your shopping basket and your delivery address. Shipping costs are free when the order total exceeds the following amounts:

- Spain:

  • Peninsula and Balearic Islands: 50€.
  • Canary Islands: 60€.

- Portugal: 60 €.

- France: 100 €.

- Rest of European Union countries: 200€.

Calculating shipping occurs dynamically depending on the products you have in your shopping cart way, and your shipping address.

In case you have not responsible for receipt of the package in the direction of delivery, a notice will be left with a phone number that will call to confirm what time can deliver the goods. The transit agency will keep your package in their stores approximately 10-12 days prior to returning to our facilities.

If you do not receive your purchase in estimate you should contact the Customer Service through in-store enabled form time. From the time we receive your notification will make the necessary steps to find out why you have not received the agreed time.

Returns

If you find the orderreceived a defective product you should get in touch by sending an e-mail to [email protected], or through the contact form of online shop.

You can return the merchandise whenever you communicate your intention within 14 days after receipt of the request, provided that you keep in optimal packaging. For clothing and accessories, the deadline is 30 days from the date of shipment. To do this you must contact us at media described above.

The return shipping times are:

  • 30 days from shipment for clothing and accessories (No returns will be possible for products such as jerry cans, shakers or socks). 
  • 14 days from shipment for nutritional products.

For orders placed from 13 December to 4 January, the return period is extended until 31 January.

Provided the return meets product defects, 226ERS eShop assumes shipping costs incurred for the return. You can request replenish or replace other items.

If you decide to return the product, need a different size, or if there are any defects, 226ERS eShop will cover the shipping costs. You can request a replacement, exchange it for other items, or get a full refund.

Clothing exchanges or returns

Clothing items to be returned or exchanged must always have the label on them. If the label is not on the garment received, neither the exchange for another garment nor the refund of the money will be made.
