Manera de tomar muy practica
Me han gustado porque no es necesario tomar agua como en las pastillas, se deshacen solas y no tienen un sabor desagradable. Ideales para entrenos o días de exigencia con tiradas largas, sobre todo en días donde la hidratación es importante.
